The company’s philosophy is based on principles defined in the EN ISO 9001:2008 standards, and is defined in the Quality Policy. The core thereof is a definite customer focus, the meeting of customer needs and requirements. The principles in the field of Quality Policy are always adopted by the company management for a two-year period. Emphasis is primarily placed on increasing the efficiency of the management system, the motivation and awareness of employees, and the regular verification of the functionality of the quality management system, status and results. The fundamental documentation of the QMS is the Quality Manual. The company management reviews the QMS every six months.
