ROTAS STROJÍRNY spol. s r.o. is a producer of rubber presses for truck tyre cases of large dimensions that actively attacks the market. Its specific hardware assumes conditions to ensure deliveries of machined weldments for a wide range of customers – producers of heavy and sophisticated machines and devices.
 

Vulcanizing press VL 125" – the largest press produced in Europe

In 2007 we decided to take another development step for hydraulic-mechanical presses, which was designing the vulcanizing press 125”, the largest one in Europe so far. It implements all innovation steps and knowledge acquired within the VL 90”H and VL 100” type production and employs a number of newly used technological and structural solutions resulting from the specifications of such a huge machine. Premises modification

After reconstruction of roads at the company premises, ground works, ground modelling and planting were done. A small lake with a sitting area has been built to make the environment more pleasant. Selected ground shaping requires no demanding maintenance.
